Good. Not like WP8 version though

Lacks the following options:
Disable drums (cost of points)
Disable disable blur when miss a note
Disable the gpu intensive gfx on star power
Needs:
Adjustments to when a lag happens wont lose the sync of the song
Manual song scan since it is annoying to have a scan every time we open the app.
